Ingredients for two sandwiches
- 6 slices of Large Pochon Loaf 700 g
- 140 g chicken breast
- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Rocket
- Olive oil
- Home-made mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce
- Thyme flower
French Toast Mixture
- 500 g whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 10 g sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Butter (for cooking)
Preparation steps
Method
- Cook the bacon between two baking trays in the oven at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Fry the chicken.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Season with the olive oil and thyme flower.
- Bake them in the oven at 140°C for 30 minutes.
- Season the rocket with the olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with a little sriracha.
Make the French Toast mix
- Mix together the milk, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Soak the slices of bread in the mixture. Brown them over a low heat in a pan with butter.
Making the sandwich
- Put the rocket, chicken and cherry tomatoes on the first slice of French toast.
- Put a second slice of French toast on top and generously spread the sauce. Add the crispy bacon.
- Close the sandwich with the final slice of French toast.
